Is Custom Development Expensive?
In general, most simple Visualforce projects take under 10 hours (see current hourly rate). A typical simple page is one where information is gathered from your Salesforce database and displayed in some useful way to you and your users. More complex functions such as data entry, custom wizards, record creation, and manipulation typically require about 20 hours. Most of the projects we've completed seem to take somewhere between 10 and 20 hours. A few go over that, but generally they are much more complex and require several pages and functions.
